Texas Wildflowers

a Historical Christian Romance Novel

Book Eight

Raise up your children in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.

Getting the babies old is the key!

Maisie Lowell and Rayne St. Laurent, each as beautiful as a wild Texas prairie rose, were born to privilege, reared in the fanciest hotel west of the Mississippi, and spoiled almost rotten–used to having their ways. In 1875 Dallas, Texas, the best friends determine to choose their own life paths to peace, joy, and love regardless of what their parents consider right or wrong. Do their choices and what their parents believe have to be so different?

I have to admit, I thought I knew how this book would turn out in the beginning. However, as I continued reading, to say I was surprised is an understatement. …An enjoyable read.

I always find great lessons to be learned in author McAdoo’s stories and this one had some tough ones.

A sweet and heartwarming story yet one filled with human frailties. A story of dreams, faithfulness, forgiveness, dreams, hope and love. Be sure and read this fun story to find out; I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Another wonderful, historical read by Caryl McAdoo! I love how she weaves her stories together with a theme of faith and forgiveness with some surprising twists. This is a delightful addition to the other stories I own by the author!
