Then Judgment

Biblical Fiction

As it is appointed unto men to die once, then judgment.

The Son of Man was made sin, cast away from the presence of the Great I AM’s presence, and condemned to Hades to face judgment. What exactly happened during those three days from the Lord’s lifeless body of flesh being placed in the tomb and His glorious resurrection? Hints throughout the Scriptures give clues to what transpired—how He got to Paradise to be with the thief on the cross that same day. One thing is certain! He rose on the third day and now lives forevermore seated on His throne at the right hand of the Father! Hallelujah!

A Few 5 Star Reviews…

Carly McAdoo has such a way with words! When Dodi followed Gabriel into God’s throne room, I felt breathless with excitement along with him! After finishing this book, I enjoyed comparing the bible verses to CJB, the Complete Jewish Bible. Can’t wait to read the next book!

Biblical fiction is hit or miss for me. Either I love it or I hate it due to whether they have added too much or not included something or taken too many liberties etc. I enjoyed this book. Caryl McAdoo is a favorite of mine. I can’t stop reading her books–upwards of 60. If you’re looking for a Biblical fiction novel that follows the Bible but reads like a pure fiction novel this is it. It will make you think and read and reread your Bible to understand and know more and more. That is probably the highest compliment I could give a fiction book. That it made me get into my Bible.

A thought provoking Biblical Fiction by Caryl McAdoo. She uses her gift of writing and storytelling and offers her perspective on the days between the crucifixion of Jesus and His resurrection. It is a beautiful story. She illustrates her knowledge of scripture throughout [with] a well-researched, planned book. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Biblical Fiction is one of my favorite genres when done in agreement with scripture. I was captivated and highly recommend It to everyone. It will stay with you long after finishing it.

This book is a thin book but is packed with a punch. A Biblical fiction story and it is a page turner. It should be on the list to be read by every Christian as they will find it so good as I did. Caryl hit the ball and it went up to the heavens!

Examining the time between the Crucifixion and Resurrection, this book based around the verse, Hebrews 19:27 explores what could have happened during those three days. Dodi, tasked with a terrible but necessary job helps bring this story to life. I love reading books by Caryl McAdoo. This one, though quick to read, contains excellent Biblical background and Scriptural references, If you enjoy Biblically-based fiction with a powerful and amazing message, check it out for yourself.
