A Few 5 Star Reviews…

I’ve only got a nub left where a long nail used to be! What a gritty story that was! Not your usual Caryl McAdoo tale, but a well written one non-the-less. If it’s a suspenseful mystery you’re looking for, Skullduggery… will keep you reading. Good job, Caryl McAdoo.

I’ve got to tell you I loved it. Absolutely spell binding. And yet it still took all kinds of witty and intelligent thinking to understand where the plot was going how it was getting there. And absolutely five star thrilling story. Way to go Caryl McAdoo!

It was a fun quick read. I was thrilled that the suspense was not long drawn out frustrating lines of repetitions. Really enjoyed it!

It is no secret that I am a huge fan of this author. I get excited every time a new book by her comes out and this one, oh my! It was not just good but exceptional. Having a story in a story concept was brilliant, and I loved how the two couples worked together to not only solve a mystery but write a bestseller.

Caryl McAdoo never fails to write interesting fiction books, primarily about Texas, and her newest book continues the trend. The story is intriguing with its novel within a novel concept, which allows for including more dialogue and speculation into the narrative. I especially enjoyed some of the character names, perfectly fascinating names for a fascinating story.
