The story is not only about politics but secrets, forgiveness and hope for a future. I am always impressed with the author’s books and this one is especially good because it tackles tough issues with compassion and teaches us about waiting on God.

Caryl McAdoo has written a book for our political era dealing with issues that trouble America. She does it by telling a story that keeps the reader scrolling through the pages, cheering for those taking the high road, and grinding their teeth at those who don’t. This book is well worth the time spent reading.

This was a great book. As always, Mrs. McAdoo told a wonderful story and I loved the story of Cody and Cynthia. One of the things I liked, besides the story, was how it showed how God’s timing is perfect if we just trust him to work things out.
